I've been getting a lot of questions concerning the .RAR file format. You need to install Winrar in order to extract the mp3s from the .rar file.

right-click on the .rar file >Extract Here

if you have a MAC, then I suggest using UnRarX -  http://www.unrarx.com/

there are 2 download options: MF (Mediafire) or RS (Rapidshare)

-all DOWNLOAD links open in a new window so turn off any pop-up blockers

-you'll be directed to Linkbucks first, click SKIP THIS PAGE at the top right

site is best viewed with Firefox web browser. You'll experience the page transitioning at times...that's Adbrite ads, click SKIP THIS at the top right when you see it. Other than that, the site is self-explanatory...
