I have a dispute over at Paypal because a user didn’t receive the login info even though I did send it a few hours later. A lot of you don’t even e-mail me with your subscription ID# so I’m only left with your Paypal e-mail to send the info even though that’s not your personal e-mail which means you would never know anything since you never check that account. Please read the instructions carefully. To clarify:
1-pay through Paypal
2-after payment, e-mail with your Paypal Subscription ID# or Unique Transaction ID# (24 hour login)
3-I’ll reply to that e-mail with your login info within 24-48 hours…usually faster
4-WIN!!
doesn’t seem too hard, does it? There’s only confusion when you never e-mail me since some people have different Paypal e-mail addresses than their personal one
UPDATE: to the user with the e-mail eharris4@cox.net, you’ve been given a refund since I’ve contacted you multiple times, but never responded. It’s your responsibility to check your e-mail for your login info. For future users to prevent such things from happening, it’s crucial to send me a follow up e-mail with your transaction ID# so I can reply back with the details
UPDATE 2: the user above has now requested a chargeback even though a refund was given. WTF?!?! All you have to do is contact me at instrodepot@yahoo.com or reply to my e-mails that were sent to eharris4@cox.net
your method has made me suspect that you’re trying to commit credit card fraud…
